SPP Portals

ACCPA Quality Portal
We’ve partnered with Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) to provide the ACCPA Quality Portal. In addition to all standards in SPP including the Aged Care Quality Standards, the ACCPA Quality Portal also provides a range of “towards best practice” self-assessments such as those for Dementia Australia’s Quality Care Recommendations, and the Inclusive Service Standards. ACCPA members enjoy a 15% discount off standard SPP package pricing.
Australian Community Industry Alliance (acia)
For members of the Australian Community Industry Alliance (acia), this portal includes ACIS 2018, as well as the main community services standards. A 15% discount on the SPP subscription is available to acia members.
Australasian Therapeutic Communities Association (ATCA) Quality Portal
For therapeutic communities and residential rehabilitation service providers. The Portal includes the ATCA Standard for Therapeutic Communities & Residential Rehabilitation Services. A 15% discount on the SPP subscription is available to ATCA members.
Community Transport Organisation (CTO) Quality Management Portal
The CTO Portal is tailored specifically for community transport service providers. A 15% discount is available to members of the Community Transport Organisation.
National Disability Services (NDS) Quality Portal
National Disability Services (NDS) has partnered with BNG NGO Services Online to provide a national portal to NDS members. As well as the main sets of community services and health standards, the Portal will encompass any changes made to quality and safeguard requirements for the NDIS. A 10% discount is available for NDS Members. There is also the NDS Management Support Online, with a 15% discount for NDS Members and a further 5% discount for those members who also take up the NDS Quality Portal.
QIP Quality Portal
Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) offers a tailored version of the SPP to client organisations that are working through an accreditation process with QIP. The Quality Portal is also used by assessors, enabling them to view and work through client organisations' online assessments, work plans and evidence as part of the accreditation process.
Specialist Homelessness Services Quality Standards Portal
The Industry Partnership has partnered with BNG NGO Services Online to help Specialist Homelessness Services manage quality, compliance and risk, and meet practice requirements under the Quality Assurance Scheme. SHS-funded organisations with an annual income under $5 million can access a pre-funded subscription, while those over $5 million receive a 15% discount.
Tasmanian Community Services Quality Portal
The Tasmanian Community Services Quality Portal is an easy-to-use online resource that can significantly reduce the amount of time your organisation spends on quality standards reporting. It also provides tools to build organisational capabilities and capacity.
Volunteering Australia Self-Assessment Tool
Developed in partnership with Volunteering Australia, this easy-to-use online self-assessment tool helps organisations work towards meeting the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement. The tool measures your organisation's performance with volunteer involvement and helps achieve best practice, ultimately improving the organisation's ability to attract and retain volunteers.

MSO Portals

National Disability Services Management Support Online (NDS MSO)
NDS Management Support Online is a version of Management Support Online tailored to meet the needs of NDS Members. A 15% discount is available to NDS Members. An additional 5% discount is available when an NDS Member also subscribes to the NDS Quality Portal.
We used SPP to prepare for our recent NDIS audit across a range of service areas and it was extremely helpful – to the degree that our auditor said we “exceeded” in several areas! As part of that process, we worked with BNG to build a bespoke internal “Vinnies NDIS” module, to ensure consistency of practices across our many services. We are thrilled with the results and are now using SPP across our whole organisation.
